Ingredients
- ½ lb uncooked shells or other short pasta
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups milk (2% or whole milk)

- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded three-cheese blend
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
