Spinach Rolls are a quick and satisfying recipe made with flaky crescent dough, creamy cheeses, and flavorful spinach filling. Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed, drained, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 8 oz crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine spinach, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and egg yolk.
  4. Mix until the filling is fully combined and creamy.
  5. Open the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
  6. Place the dough triangles on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Spoon a small amount of spinach filling onto each triangle.
  8. Roll each crescent triangle tightly starting from the wide end.
  9. Brush the tops with egg white.
  10. Bake for 14–16 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
