- Pour the pumpkin mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, pecan chips, and toffee bits.
- Sprinkle the cake mixture evenly over the pumpkin layer without stirring.
- Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the entire topping, making sure to cover as much of the dry cake mix as possible.

- Remove from the oven and allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or refrigerate and enjoy cold with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Notes
- Serve warm: Enjoy each slice with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious contrast between the warm pumpkin filling and cold ice cream.
- Add whipped cream: Top chilled portions with homemade whipped cream or Cool Whip.
- Extra crunch: Sprinkle additional toasted pecans or toffee bits over each serving.
- Refrigeration: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Freezing: Freeze individual portions in freezer-safe containers for up to 2 months for best quality. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- Reheating: Warm individual servings in the microwave for 20–30 seconds at a time until heated through.
- Make ahead: Prepare the cobbler a day before serving and refrigerate it after cooling. Reheat portions before serving if you prefer it warm.
- Avoid soggy topping: Allow the cobbler to cool slightly before covering and refrigerating.
