Ingredients

- 1 cup boiling hot water
- 14 oz condensed milk

Instructions
- Add boiling hot water to a medium bowl and sprinkle in the gelatin
- Stir until completely dissolved
- Let the mixture sit for 3–4 minutes to cool slightly
- Add condensed milk, pineapple juice, and pineapple tequila
- Mix thoroughly until smooth
- Pour mixture into small cups or molds
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until firm
- Top with whipped cream and a pineapple wedge before serving
