Whether you’re serving them for a special occasion or just treating yourself, these pancakes will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

For the Pancakes:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed

For the Oreo Cream Topping:

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 Oreo cookies, finely crushed

For Garnish:

  • Whole Oreos or mini Oreos
  • Extra crushed Oreos

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in the crushed Oreos.

Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Prepare the Oreo Cream Topping
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold in the finely crushed Oreos for extra flavor and texture.

Assemble the Pancakes
Stack the pancakes on a plate and generously spread the Oreo cream topping over each layer. Garnish with whole Oreos, mini Oreos, or extra crushed Oreos for a finishing touch.
