  • Author: Lusine Svetlana

Description

No-Bake Peach Cheesecake is a creamy, fruity dessert that comes together in just minutes without turning on the oven. It combines smooth cream cheese, peach-flavored gelatin, and whipped topping for a light, airy texture with a sweet peach flavor. Perfect for busy days, summer gatherings, or anytime you want a quick dessert, this cheesecake sets in the fridge and slices beautifully after chilling.

Ingredients

  • 2 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 box (3 oz) peach flavored gelatin
  • ⅓ cup vanilla flavored dry coffee creamer
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy
  2. Add the granulated sugar, peach flavored gelatin, and dry coffee creamer, then mix until fully combined
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is light and evenly blended
  4. Spoon the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set
  6. Slice and serve chilled

Notes

  1. Serve well chilled for the best texture and flavor
  2. Top with fresh peach slices or extra whipped topping for presentation
  3. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days
  4. Do not leave at room temperature for long periods as it softens quickly
  5. For clean slices, chill overnight before serving
