Description
Lumpia is a popular Filipino appetizer made with a savory filling of ground beef and vegetables wrapped in a thin wrapper and deep-fried until golden and crispy. It is often served at parties, gatherings, and celebrations because it is easy to make in large batches and pairs perfectly with dipping sauces like sweet chili or soy sauce with vinegar.
