Frozen Peanut Butter Pie is a rich, creamy, no-bake dessert that combines smooth peanut butter filling with a crunchy cookie crust. It is loaded with chocolate and peanut butter candy pieces, making every bite indulgent and satisfying. This dessert is perfect for parties, holidays, or whenever you need an easy make-ahead sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8-inch) pre-made Oreo or graham cracker pie crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces Reese’s Pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • Additional Reese’s Pieces for garnish
  • Additional mini peanut butter cups for garnish
  • Chocolate sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and peanut butter
  2. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract
  4. Mix on low speed until fully combined
  5. Gently fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy
  6. Fold in Reese’s Pieces and chopped peanut butter cups
  7. Spoon mixture into prepared pie crust
  8. Smooth the top evenly with a rubber scraper
  9. Add extra candies on top for garnish
  10. Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight until firm
  11. Slice and serve with chocolate sauce

Notes

  • Serve slightly softened for easier slicing (5–10 minutes at room temperature)
  • Store covered in the freezer for up to 2 weeks
  • Keep leftovers tightly wrapped to prevent freezer burn
  • Do not store at room temperature for long periods
  • For cleaner slices, dip knife in warm water before cutting
  • Add toppings only before serving to keep texture fresh
  • Best texture is achieved after overnight freezing
  • Serve chilled directly from freezer for a firmer bite
