Ingredients
- 4 ounces pineapple juice (preferably 100% juice)
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Add pineapple juice, frozen pineapple, and vanilla ice cream into a blender
- Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy
- Stop and scrape the sides if needed to ensure everything blends evenly
- If the texture is too thick, add a small splash of pineapple juice
- If it is too thin, add a little more frozen pineapple or ice cream
- Blend again until you reach a soft-serve consistency
- Serve immediately for best texture
- Optional: freeze for 20–30 minutes for a firmer consistency before serving
