Disney Dole Whip Recipe

  • Author: Lusine Svetlana

Description

Disney Dole Whip is a creamy, refreshing pineapple frozen dessert inspired by the famous treat served at Disney parks. It is light, fruity, and incredibly easy to make at home using only a few simple ingredients. This homemade version delivers the same smooth, tropical flavor and is perfect for summer days, parties, or a quick sweet craving.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces pineapple juice (preferably 100% juice)
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple juice, frozen pineapple, and vanilla ice cream into a blender
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy
  3. Stop and scrape the sides if needed to ensure everything blends evenly
  4. If the texture is too thick, add a small splash of pineapple juice
  5. If it is too thin, add a little more frozen pineapple or ice cream
  6. Blend again until you reach a soft-serve consistency
  7. Serve immediately for best texture
  8. Optional: freeze for 20–30 minutes for a firmer consistency before serving

Notes

  • Serve immediately for the classic soft-serve texture
  • Use a piping bag for a true Disney-style swirl presentation
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer
  • Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving again
  • Best enjoyed within 2–3 days for optimal flavor and texture
  • Stir or re-blend slightly after freezing to restore creaminess
