Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cups frozen peach slices

Instructions

  1. Add milk and honey into a blender
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined
  3. Gradually add frozen peach slices while blending
  4. Continue blending until the mixture becomes thick and resembles soft-serve ice cream
  5. Transfer the mixture into a glass loaf pan
  6. Smooth the top evenly
  7. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until firm
  8. If the mixture becomes too hard, let it sit at room temperature or in warm water for a few minutes
  9. Break into chunks and re-blend if a creamier texture is desired

Notes

  • Serve slightly softened for a creamy texture
  • Scoop into chilled bowls or cones for best results

  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week
