  • Author: Lusine Svetlana

Description

Berry Fluff Jello Salad is a light, creamy, and refreshing no-bake dessert that comes together in just minutes. Made with fresh berries, cottage cheese, whipped topping, marshmallows, and fruity Jell-O, it’s the perfect side dish or sweet treat for potlucks, holidays, picnics, and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 (3-ounce) box red Jell-O (strawberry, raspberry, or cherry), dry
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
  • ¾ cup fresh blackberries
  • ¾ cup fresh raspberries
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and dry Jell-O powder until evenly mixed.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Gently stir in the miniature marshmallows.
  4. Add the strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
  5. Fold everything together carefully to avoid crushing the berries.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Stir gently before serving and enjoy chilled.

Notes

  • Serve well chilled for the best texture and flavor.
  • Garnish with extra fresh berries before serving.
  • Perfect for BBQs, potlucks, Easter, Mother’s Day, and summer parties.
  • Serve in a large glass bowl or individual dessert cups.
  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Do not freeze, as the whipped topping and fresh fruit may become watery after thawing.
  • Stir gently before serving leftovers.
