Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 (3-ounce) box red Jell-O (strawberry, raspberry, or cherry), dry
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
- ¾ cup fresh blackberries
- ¾ cup fresh raspberries
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and dry Jell-O powder until evenly mixed.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
- Gently stir in the miniature marshmallows.
- Add the strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
- Fold everything together carefully to avoid crushing the berries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Stir gently before serving and enjoy chilled.
