Instructions
- Melt the unsalted butter and combine it with the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs, mixing until fully combined into a thick dough.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
- Scoop small portions with a cookie scoop or tablespoon and roll them into smooth balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cover, and freeze for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave at 30-second intervals or over a double boiler until smooth.
- Using a fork, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Immediately add sprinkles, if using, before the chocolate hardens.
