Description

If you’re looking for a quick, crowd-pleasing dessert that’s bursting with fruity flavor, this Very Berry Cheesecake Salad is your answer. This no-bake treat comes together in just 15 minutes and blends the rich creaminess of cheesecake with the fresh, juicy goodness of mixed berries. Perfect for summer barbecues, potlucks, or anytime you need an easy and delicious dessert, this berry cheesecake salad will be the highlight of any table.

Ingredients

    • 1 (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
    • 6 cups mixed berries, such as:
    • 3 cups sliced strawberries
    •  1 cup blackberries
    •  1 cup blueberries
    • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and sugar.

  • Beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  • Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until fully combined with the cream cheese mixture.

  • Add the sliced strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries to the bowl.

  • Carefully fold the berries into the creamy mixture until all fruit is evenly coated.

  • Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

Notes

  • Serve Immediately: For the freshest taste and best texture, serve the salad right after mixing in the berries. This keeps the fruit firm and the cream mixture fluffy.

  • Chill Before Serving (Optional): If you prefer a colder dessert, refrigerate the salad for 30–60 minutes before serving. Just note that the berries may release some juice during this time.

  • Make Ahead Tip: To prepare ahead, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip, then refrigerate. Add the berries just before serving to prevent excess moisture.

  • Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Stir gently before serving again.

  • Avoid Freezing: This salad does not freeze well due to the texture of the cream and berries after thawing.
