Tiger Butter Fudge

  • Author: Lusine Svetlana

Description

Tiger Butter, formerly called Tiger Fudge, is a rich and creamy fudge that combines white chocolate, peanut butter, and milk chocolate. This decadent treat is perfect for parties, holidays, or whenever a quick and irresistible dessert is needed. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep, you can have a tray of indulgent fudge ready in just over an hour.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups white baking chips (Nestle Toll House recommended)
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter (Jif recommended)
  • ¾ cup milk chocolate chips (Nestle Toll House recommended)
  • 1½ teaspoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang for easy removal. Secure with small binder clips if needed.
  2. Place white baking chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on full power for 1 minute, stir, and continue in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
  3. In a separate small microwave-safe bowl, heat peanut butter for 30 seconds. Stir and combine with melted white chocolate.
  4. Pour the white chocolate and peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking dish and tilt to spread evenly.
  5. Combine milk chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and continue in 15-second intervals until fully melted and smooth. Add extra oil if needed for pourable consistency.
  6. Drizzle melted milk chocolate over the white chocolate and peanut butter in zigzag lines. Use a knife to create a swirl pattern.
  7. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove fudge from pan using parchment paper overhang. Place on a cutting board and cut into 6×6 slices. Keep refrigerated until serving.

Notes

    • Serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.
    • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
    • Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months; wrap tightly to prevent freezer burn.
    • Perfect for gifting, parties, or as a sweet treat for family and friends.
