Tiger Butter, formerly called Tiger Fudge, is a rich and creamy fudge that combines white chocolate, peanut butter, and milk chocolate. This decadent treat is perfect for parties, holidays, or whenever a quick and irresistible dessert is needed. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep, you can have a tray of indulgent fudge ready in just over an hour.
Ingredients
- 4 cups white baking chips (Nestle Toll House recommended)
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter (Jif recommended)
- ¾ cup milk chocolate chips (Nestle Toll House recommended)
- 1½ teaspoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang for easy removal. Secure with small binder clips if needed.
- Place white baking chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on full power for 1 minute, stir, and continue in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
- In a separate small microwave-safe bowl, heat peanut butter for 30 seconds. Stir and combine with melted white chocolate.
- Pour the white chocolate and peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking dish and tilt to spread evenly.
- Combine milk chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and continue in 15-second intervals until fully melted and smooth. Add extra oil if needed for pourable consistency.
- Drizzle melted milk chocolate over the white chocolate and peanut butter in zigzag lines. Use a knife to create a swirl pattern.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
- Remove fudge from pan using parchment paper overhang. Place on a cutting board and cut into 6×6 slices. Keep refrigerated until serving.
