Description

If you’re looking for a quick, indulgent dessert that feels both comforting and creative, this Sweet Raspberry Chocolate Chip Quesadilla is a perfect choice. It combines creamy, tangy, and sweet flavors with a crispy golden exterior, making it an irresistible treat for any time of the day. The blend of cream cheese, raspberry jam, and chocolate cookies creates a rich filling that melts beautifully inside a warm tortilla. Best of all, it comes together in minutes, making it ideal for busy days, last-minute desserts, or even a fun snack to share with family.

  • Reheat in a skillet or oven to maintain crispiness instead of using a microwave

  • Avoid overfilling to prevent leaking during cooking
