Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

Notes

Serving Tips
Sweet and Spicy Garlic Steak Pasta is best served hot, right after cooking, when the sauce is glossy and the steak is perfectly tender. For presentation, sprinkle chopped green onions and fresh cilantro over the top for color and freshness. Pair it with garlic bread, a crisp green salad, or roasted vegetables for a well-rounded meal. If serving at a party or gathering, keep the dish warm in a covered pan over low heat or in a slow cooker on the “warm” setting.

Storage Tips
To store leftovers, let the pasta cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 to 4 days. For longer storage, you can freeze it for up to 2 months, though the texture of the pasta may soften slightly upon reheating. When reheating, warm gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of water or soy sauce to loosen the sauce and prevent it from drying out. For best texture, reheat the steak and pasta separately if possible.
