Strawberry Dole Whip

  • Author: Lusine Svetlana

Description

Strawberry Dole Whip is a creamy, fruity frozen treat that’s perfect for hot summer days. Made in just 5 minutes with only three simple ingredients—pineapple juice, frozen strawberries, and vanilla ice cream—this refreshing dessert is a homemade version of a theme park classic. It’s the perfect quick fix when you need something sweet, cold, and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 46 ounces pineapple juice (Dole 100% juice recommended)
  • 2 cups (9 ounces) frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • Pour the pineapple juice, frozen strawberries, and vanilla ice cream into a blender.

  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  • If the mixture is too thick, add more pineapple juice a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency.

  • If it’s too thin, add more frozen strawberries and blend again.

  • Pour the Strawberry Dole Whip into glasses.

  • Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

Serving Tips

  • Serve immediately after blending for the best creamy, soft-serve texture.

  • For a classic presentation, pipe the Dole Whip into bowls or cones using a piping bag with a star tip.

  • Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or a small sprig of mint for a pretty finish.

  • Pair with shortbread cookies or graham crackers for a light, crunchy contrast.

  • Serve in chilled glasses or bowls to help keep the Dole Whip cold longer.

Storage Tips

  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.

  • To serve again, let it sit at room temperature for about 10–15 minutes to soften slightly.

  • Stir or blend briefly after thawing to restore the creamy consistency.

  • Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, as it may alter the texture.

  • For individual servings, portion into silicone molds or freezer-safe cups before freezing.
