Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Grease a 9″x5″ bread pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine granulated sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add these dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
