Ingredients
- 8 oz deli-style hard salami, sliced thin
- 6–8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced very thin
Instructions
- Place a sheet of plastic wrap on a clean, flat surface.
- Add the cream cheese to the center and cover with another sheet of plastic wrap.
- Roll the cream cheese into an even rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Remove the top plastic wrap and layer salami slices over the cream cheese, covering it completely.
- Lightly press the salami into the cream cheese so it adheres well.
- Place another sheet of plastic wrap on top and carefully flip so the cream cheese is on top again.
- Remove the plastic wrap and scatter green pepper slices evenly over the cream cheese.
- Using the bottom plastic wrap, gently roll everything into a tight log, avoiding air pockets.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight.
- Slice thinly and serve on crackers or as-is.
Notes
- Serve chilled for clean slices and best texture.
- Pair with crackers, crostini, cucumber slices, or celery sticks.
- Store wrapped tightly in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Slice only what you need to keep the remaining roll fresh.
