Ingredients
- 2 pounds large carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat until it becomes foamy and turns golden brown with a nutty aroma.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey and chopped garlic.
- Peel and cut carrots into 2-inch pieces, then toss them in the honey garlic butter sauce until evenly coated.
- Spread carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–10 minutes, until the carrots are tender and caramelized.
