- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Brownies
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 13×9-inch pan with baking spray.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and chocolate chips.
- Microwave for 30 seconds, stir well, then microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted.
- Stir in cocoa powder until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; mix until fully combined.
- Add eggs and egg yolk one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Add flour and mix just until combined.
- Spread half of the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Peanut Butter Fudge
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and peanut butter.
- Stir frequently until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour fudge mixture evenly over brownie batter. Spread gently if needed.
- Let sit for 5 minutes to set slightly.
- Carefully spread remaining brownie batter over the fudge layer.
- Bake for 40–50 minutes, checking at 40 minutes. A toothpick should come out with moist fudgy crumbs.
