Notes

Serving Suggestions

  • With Pasta: Serve over a bed of spaghetti or fettuccine with marinara or Alfredo sauce.
  • With Salad: Pair with a fresh Caesar or mixed greens salad for a lighter option.
  • As a Sandwich: Place the crispy chicken in a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, and garlic aioli for a delicious sandwich.
  • With Vegetables: Serve alongside roasted asparagus, garlic green beans, or mashed potatoes for a hearty meal.

Storage Tips

  • Refrigeration: Store leftover Parmesan Crusted Chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Freezing: Freeze cooked chicken by placing it in a single layer on a baking sheet until firm, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag or container. It will stay fresh for up to 2 months.
  • Reheating: To maintain crispiness, reheat in an oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes or in an air fryer for 5-7 minutes. Avoid microwaving, as it can make the coating soggy.
