Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar

- ½ cup milk

Instructions
- Prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper and set aside.

Notes
No Bake Cookies are best served chilled for a perfectly chewy texture. Once they’ve set, transfer them into an airtight container. You can keep them at room temperature for up to 3 days, but refrigeration is recommended to keep them firm and fresh for up to 1 week. If you’d like to make them in advance, they also freeze beautifully. Place the cookies on a baking sheet in a single layer, freeze until solid, then transfer them to a freezer-safe bag or container. They will last for up to 3 months in the freezer. To serve, simply thaw them at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.
