M&M Brownies

Description

These M&M Brownies are the ultimate chocolate treat—rich, fudgy, and bursting with colorful candy goodness. Perfect for parties, dessert tables, or a simple sweet indulgence, they are easy to make in just 30 minutes. With chocolatey richness and a fun crunch from M&M’s, everyone will love them!


Ingredients

  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oiL
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup M&M’s, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C). Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or grease and flour it.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted chocolate with vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and sugar, mixing until eggs are fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined; no white streaks should remain.
  5. Fold in 1/2 cup of M&M’s gently.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining M&M’s evenly on top.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes until edges start to pull away from the pan and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  8. Let cool completely before slicing into 12 squares.

Notes

  • Serving: Serve warm with ice cream or a glass of milk for an extra indulgent treat.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. Refrigerate for up to 7 days. Can also freeze for up to 3 months—thaw at room temperature before serving.
