Ingredients
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/3 cup vegetable oiL
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup M&M’s, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C). Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or grease and flour it.
- In a bowl, mix melted chocolate with vegetable oil until smooth.
- Add eggs and sugar, mixing until eggs are fully incorporated.
- Stir in flour and salt until just combined; no white streaks should remain.
- Fold in 1/2 cup of M&M’s gently.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining M&M’s evenly on top.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until edges start to pull away from the pan and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool completely before slicing into 12 squares.

- Serving: Serve warm with ice cream or a glass of milk for an extra indulgent treat.
- Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. Refrigerate for up to 7 days. Can also freeze for up to 3 months—thaw at room temperature before serving.
