Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 1 jar pasta sauce (24 oz / 650 ml)
  • 1 package frozen cooked meatballs (about 32 meatballs)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish
  2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and spread evenly in the dish
  3. Pour pasta sauce over the biscuit pieces and gently mix to coat
  4. Arrange frozen meatballs evenly on top
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning over everything
  6. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until bubbly and golden
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving

Notes

  • Serve hot with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan for added flavor
  • Let the casserole sit 5–10 minutes before cutting for cleaner portions
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F or microwave until warmed through
  • Freeze portions for up to 2 months and thaw overnight before reheating
