Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (21 oz.) can Lucky Leaf Premium Lemon Fruit Filling & Topping
  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for 10 seconds, then beat it on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
  2. Incorporate Heavy Whipping Cream: With the mixer off, add the heavy whipping cream. Slowly mix on low speed until incorporated, then beat on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Add Lemon Pie Filling: Mix in the Lucky Leaf Premium Lemon Fruit Filling & Topping until well combined with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Prepare Graham Cracker Crust: Grind the graham crackers into fine crumbs in a food processor. Microwave the unsalted butter until melted, then stir it into the crushed graham crackers.
  5. Layer Dip: Spread half of the graham cracker and butter mixture into the bottom of a serving bowl. Layer half of the cheesecake mixture on top, then repeat with the remaining graham cracker mixture and cheesecake mixture.
  6. Chill or Serve Immediately: Refrigerate the dip for 30 minutes to allow it to set, or serve immediately for a creamy, indulgent treat.
  7. Serve with Dipping Options: Pair the Lemon Pie Cheesecake Dip with shortbread cookies, graham crackers, or homemade pie crust chips for dipping.

Notes

Serving Suggestions:

  1. Garnish with Fresh Fruit: Enhance the presentation of your Lemon Pie Cheesecake Dip by garnishing it with slices of fresh lemon or a sprinkle of lemon zest. The vibrant citrus accents add visual appeal and complement the dip’s refreshing flavor.
  2. Serve with Assorted Dippers: Provide a variety of dipping options such as shortbread cookies, graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit slices to cater to different tastes and textures. The contrast of crunchy and creamy enhances the enjoyment of the dip.
  3. Create a Dessert Platter: Arrange the Lemon Pie Cheesecake Dip alongside other dessert items such as brownie bites, fruit skewers, or chocolate-covered strawberries to create a visually stunning dessert platter that will impress your guests.
  4. Dress Up Your Presentation: Transfer the dip to a decorative serving bowl or dish and sprinkle additional crushed graham crackers on top for added texture and visual appeal. A drizzle of honey or caramel sauce can also elevate the presentation and add extra sweetness.

Storage Guidelines:

  1. Refrigeration: Store any leftover Lemon Pie Cheesecake Dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Make sure to cover the dip tightly to prevent it from absorbing any odors from other foods in the fridge.
  2. Avoid Freezing: Due to the creamy nature of the dip, it is not recommended to freeze it as the texture may become grainy or separated upon thawing.
  3. Stir Before Serving: Before serving leftover dip, give it a gentle stir to redistribute any separated ingredients and ensure a smooth consistency.
  4. Freshen Up as Needed: If the dip appears slightly dry after refrigeration, you can freshen it up by adding a splash of heavy whipping cream and gently mixing until creamy again.
  5. Serve Chilled: For the best taste and texture, serve the Lemon Pie Cheesecake Dip chilled directly from the refrigerator. This ensures that it maintains its creamy consistency and refreshing flavor.
