Strawberry Jello Cups are a stunning layered dessert that combines the sweet, fruity flavor of strawberry gelatin with the creamy texture of Cool Whip. Ingredients

  • 5 boxes Strawberry Jello mix (3 oz each)
  • Water
  • 2 cups Cool Whip, plus more for topping (about 2 containers)
  • Strawberries (for topping each parfait)

Instructions

Layer 1:

  1. Combine 1 cup boiling water with 1 packet of strawberry jello mix in a bowl.

  2. Stir until completely dissolved.

  3. Add 1 cup of cold water and stir again.

  4. Evenly divide the mixture among serving cups.

  5. Refrigerate until set, about 1–2 hours.

Layer 2:

  1. Combine 1 cup boiling water with 1 packet of strawberry jello mix.

  2. Stir until dissolved, then add 1 cup of cold water.

  3. Stir in 1 cup of Cool Whip until well mixed.

  4. Pour evenly over the first jello layer.

  5. Refrigerate until set, 1–2 hours.

Layer 3:

  1. Combine 1 cup boiling water with 1 packet of strawberry jello mix.

  2. Stir until dissolved, add 1 cup cold water, and mix well.

  3. Pour evenly over the previous layer.

  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 1–2 hours.

Layer 4:

  1. Combine 1 cup boiling water with 1 packet of strawberry jello mix.

  2. Stir until dissolved and add 1 cup cold water.

  3. Mix in 1 cup Cool Whip until smooth.

  4. Pour evenly over the previous layer.

  5. Refrigerate until set, 1–2 hours.

Layer 5:

  1. Combine 1 cup boiling water with the last packet of strawberry jello mix.

  2. Stir until dissolved, add 1 cup cold water, and mix.

  3. Pour the final layer evenly over the previous one.

  4. Chill until fully set, 1–2 hours.

  5. Before serving, top each cup with a dollop of Cool Whip and a fresh strawberry.

Notes

    • Serve these Strawberry Jello Cups chilled for the best flavor and texture.
    • Garnish each cup with a dollop of Cool Whip and a fresh strawberry right before serving.
    • These cups can be made a day in advance to allow the layers to fully set.
    • Store the cups in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap or airtight lids, for up to 4 days.
    • Do not freeze the jello cups as the texture will become watery once thawed.
