Jalapeno Popper Pizza combines the creamy, cheesy goodness of jalapeno poppers with the classic comfort of pizza. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a quick dinner, this pizza is easy to make and packed with flavor. The spicy kick from jalapeños balanced with creamy cheese makes it a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) pizza dough
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1-ounce) package dry Ranch seasoning
  • 1 ½2 cups grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese (or a combination)
  • 1 cup sliced fresh or jarred jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Press pizza dough into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with sliced jalapeños.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serving Tips

  • Serve the pizza hot from the oven to enjoy the creamy cheese and crispy crust at their best.
  • Pair with a fresh side salad or veggies to balance the richness.
  • Cut into small squares or strips for parties or appetizers.
  • Add a drizzle of ranch dressing or a sprinkle of chopped green onions for extra flavor.

Storage Tips

  • Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5–10 minutes to restore crispiness.
  • Avoid microwaving if possible, as it can make the crust soggy.
  • For longer storage, you can freeze the baked pizza for up to 1 month; thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
