Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • 5 large flour tortillas
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Mustard
  • Tomato slices
  • Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Mixture
    • Brown and crumble the lean ground beef in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
    • Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well to combine.
  2. Cook the Beef
    • Reduce the heat to low and let the beef mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, ensuring it’s heated thoroughly.
  3. Assemble the Wraps
    • Lay out the flour tortillas and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese down the center of each tortilla.
    • Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture over the cheese.
    • Drizzle mustard (and additional ketchup, if desired) over the beef mixture.
    • Place a few tomato slices on top of each wrap.
  4. Roll and Grill
    • Roll up each tortilla burrito-style, folding in the sides as you go.
    • Preheat an indoor grill and place the wraps on it, cooking for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
    • Carefully remove the wraps from the grill and place them on a plate.
    • Unravel each wrap slightly and add fresh lettuce.
    • Re-roll the wraps and cut them in half diagonally.
  5. Serve and Enjoy
