These Dill Pickle Tortilla Roll-Ups are creamy, crunchy, and bursting with flavor, making them the perfect appetizer for Christmas, game day, or New Year’s Eve. Soft flour tortillas are loaded with a tangy dill pickle and ham cream cheese mixture, rolled up, chilled, and sliced into bite-sized pinwheels. They’re easy to make ahead, visually appealing, and guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cup deli ham, diced
- 1 1/2 cup dill pickle spears, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large 6-inch flour tortillas
- Cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, diced ham, diced dill pickles, vinegar, garlic powder, and cracked pepper until well mixed.
- Lay a flour tortilla on a plate and spread 2–3 tablespoons of the mixture evenly over the tortilla, all the way to the edges.
- Sprinkle each tortilla with a pinch of fresh dill and parsley.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place on a plate. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to chill and firm up.
- Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Garnish with remaining fresh dill and parsley before serving.
