These Dill Pickle Tortilla Roll-Ups are creamy, crunchy, and bursting with flavor, making them the perfect appetizer for Christmas, game day, or New Year’s Eve. Soft flour tortillas are loaded with a tangy dill pickle and ham cream cheese mixture, rolled up, chilled, and sliced into bite-sized pinwheels. They’re easy to make ahead, visually appealing, and guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cup deli ham, diced
  • 1 1/2 cup dill pickle spears, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 large 6-inch flour tortillas
  • Cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, diced ham, diced dill pickles, vinegar, garlic powder, and cracked pepper until well mixed.
  2. Lay a flour tortilla on a plate and spread 2–3 tablespoons of the mixture evenly over the tortilla, all the way to the edges.
  3. Sprinkle each tortilla with a pinch of fresh dill and parsley.
  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly and place on a plate. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours to chill and firm up.
  6. Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.
  7. Garnish with remaining fresh dill and parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Serve chilled as an appetizer or snack.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Great for party platters or picnic boxes.
  • Can be made a day ahead for convenience.
