Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 slices of white bread, crusts removed

 


Instructions

1. Prepare the Spread In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped chives, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.

2. Assemble the Sandwiches Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each of the 8 slices of bread. Layer cucumber slices onto four of the slices. Top each with another slice of bread, cream cheese side down.
