Ingredients
- 4 pounds country-style beef ribs
- 1 ½ cups BBQ sauce
- 6 ounces Dr Pepper
- 1 tablespoon chile powder (adjust to taste; New Mexico chile powder recommended)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the country-style beef ribs in the crockpot.
- Rub ribs with salt, pepper, and chile powder evenly.
- Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs.
- Add the Dr Pepper.
- Cover and set crockpot to low for 8 hours.
- Serve hot, enjoy fall-apart tender ribs!
