Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a medium bowl, combine chicken, garlic, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

In a deep oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 7–10 minutes until fully cooked.

Turn off the heat and add sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, uncooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and boiling water.

Cover the skillet and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
