Ingredients

Salad

  • 3 large ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 English cucumber, diced
  • ½ white onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley, basil, or dill)

Creamy Dressing

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • ½ teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, dill, parsley, basil, seasoned salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk the dressing until smooth and well combined.
  3. Dice the tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Thinly slice the white onion.
  5. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion to a large mixing bowl.
  6. Pour the creamy dressing over the vegetables.
  7. Toss everything gently until evenly coated.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  10. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
