With its stunning pink hue and delicious blend of tea, coconut milk, and strawberries, this homemade version tastes just like the original—maybe even better.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white grape juice
- 1/2 cup sweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Tazo Iced Passion Herbal Tea Concentrate (or 1 tea bag steeped with 4 oz hot water)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 3 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
- In a tall glass, combine the white grape juice and the liquid tea, stirring well.
- Add in the coconut milk and stir to combine. For the best texture and to prevent curdling, add the ice last.
- Mix thoroughly with a spoon and top with freeze-dried strawberry pieces.
- Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy this light, refreshing pink drink.
Notes
- Serve immediately for the freshest taste and best appearance.
- If preparing ahead, store the tea and juice mixture in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and add coconut milk, ice, and strawberries just before serving.
- For a creamier version, use extra coconut milk and less juice.
- To keep it cold longer, freeze some tea in ice cube trays and use them instead of regular ice cubes.
