Ingredients
- 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
- 2 cups parmesan cheese, grated, divided
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded, divided
- 1 cup alfredo sauce, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a large bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Cut the pizza dough into ½-inch pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Place them into a large mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, and ½ cup parmesan cheese. Toss the dough balls until well coated.
- In the prepared bundt pan, layer ½ cup mozzarella cheese, ½ cup parmesan cheese, half of the dough balls, 1 cup chicken, and ½ cup Alfredo sauce.
- Repeat the layers with ½ cup mozzarella, ½ cup parmesan, the remaining dough balls, chicken, and Alfredo sauce. Finish with the last ½ cup mozzarella and ½ cup parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Invert the bundt pan onto a large plate, let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
