Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 23 cups chicken broth or beef broth
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 ½ cups pasta sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 cups medium pasta shells or rotini
  • 4 ounces processed cheese loaf such as Velveeta

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Drain the fat from the cooked ground beef.
  3. In a 12-inch skillet, combine the cooked ground beef, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and pasta.

  5. Cook for 14-16 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
