Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apple slices
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and apple cider.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches soft ball stage (about 234°F or 112°C).
- Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, white chocolate chips, and marshmallow cream until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and chopped dried apple slices; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, cut into 24 squares and serve.
