Description

Looking for a simple yet impressive dessert that everyone will love? Butterfinger Balls are the ultimate bite-sized treats made with creamy peanut butter, graham crackers, crushed Butterfinger candy bars, and a rich chocolate coating. Perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you’re craving something sweet, these no-bake delights come together in less than an hour. With their crunchy texture, creamy peanut butter filling, and chocolatey coating, they’re guaranteed to disappear fast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not all-natural types)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened (½ stick)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup crushed Butterfinger bars
  • 8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips
  • Optional garnish: extra crushed Butterfingers, holiday sprinkles, or coarse salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat peanut butter and softened butter with an electric or stand mixer until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract and blend until combined.
  3. Slowly mix in powdered sugar in batches, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  4. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and crushed Butterfinger pieces until fully incorporated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop 1–1 ½ tablespoons of mixture and roll into smooth balls. Place on the prepared sheet.
  6. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes until firm.
  7. While chilling, melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each. Remove while small chunks remain and stir until smooth.
  8. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, covering completely or partially.
  9. Place dipped balls back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with crushed Butterfingers, sprinkles, or sea salt.
  10. Allow the chocolate to set fully before serving.
