Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce, divided
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, ½ cup buffalo sauce, and green onions until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a 2-quart casserole dish or pie plate.
  4. Layer the shredded chicken over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Drizzle the remaining ½ cup buffalo sauce on top of the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle shredded pepper jack and cheddar cheese evenly over the dish.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
