Ingredients
Peanut Butter Balls
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
Brownie Bites
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
Chocolate Drizzle
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup or honey
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk or cream
Instructions
. Make the Peanut Butter Balls

Beat together peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.

Adjust consistency: if too dry, add more peanut butter; if too sticky, add more powdered sugar.

Roll mixture into ¾ inch balls (about 36). Set aside.
2. Prepare Brownie Bites

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease three mini muffin pans well.

In a bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

Beat in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.

Divide batter into muffin tins, filling each 2/3 full (about 36 brownie bites).

Bake 15–20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.

Immediately press a peanut butter ball into each warm brownie bite.

Let cool a few minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
3. Make the Chocolate Drizzle

Combine melted butter, cocoa powder, corn syrup (or honey), powdered sugar, and milk/cream in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave for 20 seconds, stir, and drizzle over cooled brownie bites.

Allow glaze to set before serving.
