Description
Brownie Balls are the ultimate bite-sized chocolate treat, perfect for satisfying any sweet craving. With only three ingredients, these fudgy delights are easy to make and require minimal effort. Whether you’re looking for a quick dessert, a party treat, or a fun baking project, these Brownie Balls deliver rich chocolate flavor with every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 box (18oz) fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients to prepare)
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
- 3 cups chocolate melting wafers
- Sprinkles (optional for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the brownies according to the package or your favorite homemade recipe. Once baked, let them cool completely. Break the brownies into chunks and place them in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer. Mix until they become fine crumbs. Add the chocolate frosting and mix well until fully combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop, portion out the brownie mixture and roll into balls. If the mixture is too sticky, refrigerate for 30 minutes before shaping.
Melt the chocolate wafers in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth. Dip each brownie ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Use a fork to remove, tapping off excess chocolate before placing it back on the baking sheet. If desired, add sprinkles or drizzle with extra chocolate once slightly set.
Allow the Brownie Balls to set at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For the best taste and texture, serve Brownie Balls at room temperature. If making them ahead, allow them to set completely before transferring to an airtight container.

- Refrigerator: Keep in a sealed container for up to 1 week for a firmer texture.
