Apple Pie Quesadillas are a fun and easy dessert that combines the warm flavors of apple pie with a crispy tortilla shell. Ingredients
- 8 small tortillas
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 20 oz can apple pie filling
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
- Pour the apple pie filling onto a cutting board and coarsely chop the apples with a large knife. Set aside.
- Melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add a tortilla to the pan for about a minute to crisp it up. Remove and set aside; this will be the top of your quesadilla.
- Melt another 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the pan. Place a second tortilla in the pan.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce over the tortilla.
- Spread 1 cup of chopped apple pie filling evenly over the caramel.
- Drizzle an additional tablespoon of caramel sauce on top.
- Place the crispy tortilla on top and let the quesadilla heat through, flipping if needed.
- Dust the top with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Move to a cooling rack, allow to cool slightly, then cut into quarters. Serve with caramel sauce or vanilla ice cream.
- Repeat the process for remaining tortillas and filling.

- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or extra caramel sauce.
