These Apple Pie Dumplings are ridiculously easy and taste like a cozy fall dessert in every bite. Made with just apple pie filling and crescent rolls, they’re perfect for last-minute desserts. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of cream, and you’ve got a sweet treat everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 21 ounces apple pie filling
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the crescent rolls and cut into 12–14 equal pieces.
  3. Stir apple pie filling and crescent roll pieces together. Add cinnamon if desired.
  4. Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish, making sure crescent pieces are on top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping crescents after 15 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of heavy cream.

Notes

  • Serving: Best served warm with ice cream, whipped cream, or caramel drizzle.
  • Storage: Cover leftovers with foil and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
  • Reheating: Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10–15 minutes for a fresh-baked taste.
