Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt, optional
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  2. Pour in the olive oil and soy sauce
  3. Sprinkle in the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper
  4. Toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated
  5. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer

  7. Shake the basket to redistribute the mushrooms
  8. Continue cooking for another 5 to 7 minutes, until tender and lightly golden

Notes

  • Serve air fryer mushrooms immediately while warm for the best texture and flavor.
  • Pair with grilled chicken, steak, seafood, pasta, or grain bowls.
  • Use as a topping for burgers, sandwiches, or pizza.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 2-3 minutes to restore texture.
  • Avoid microwaving to maintain the golden, slightly crisp exterior.
