Ingredients

  • 10 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 breasts)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon fine black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F.
  2. Place chicken breasts into a gallon-size zipper bag.
  3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and all seasonings.
  4. Seal the bag and shake until chicken is evenly coated.
  5. Remove chicken and place into the preheated air fryer basket, leaving space between each breast.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes without flipping.
  7. Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.

Notes

  • Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, salad, or mashed potatoes.
  • Slice and use in wraps, salads, or grain bowls.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Freeze cooked chicken for up to 3 months.
